We want you to love what you wear. If something’s not right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

⏳ Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or refund. After 30 days, we unfortunately can’t offer a full refund or exchange.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required
• Do not send items back to the manufacturer

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

• Perishables (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers)
• Intimate or sanitary goods
• Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
• Gift cards, downloadable software, and select health/personal care items

🧾 Partial Refunds May Apply

We may issue partial refunds for:

• Books with visible signs of use
• Opened media (CDs, DVDs, software, etc.)
• Items not in original condition or missing parts (not due to our error)
• Items returned after the 30-day window

💸 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• You’ll get an email confirming receipt and refund status
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

🕒 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

1. Check your bank account
2. Contact your card provider
3. Reach out to your bank

🏷️ Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

🔄 Exchanges

We only replace items if they’re defective or damaged. Email us at support@teesandtoes.com and send your item to:

🎁 Gift Returns

If marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

• You’ll receive a gift credit once the return is processed
  If the gift was sent to the giver first, the refund will go to them.
